Wando is Cosma's husband and Loof's father. His personality is just looks like Cosmo.

Wando is appears in "Odd Switch Gender", when Wanda go to a switch gender machine called "Poofs Gend". Automatic, Wanda's name is changed to "Wando", she's being a male and Wanda's personality is being like Cosmo's personality.
In the end of story, Wando go again to "Poofs Gend" and being female and his name is not Wando anymore, but Wanda.
